If you are unable to find your name in the Court’s Roll of Active Attorneys and were admitted prior to 2003, your name has been dropped from the Roll of Attorneys for failure to Re-register and you are no longer admitted. You cannot Re-register. That Re-registration was active April 2003 through March 16, 2012. Notices are below. You must re-apply for admission to become active again with this Court.
If you were admitted after 2012 and can’t find your name in the Court’s Roll of Active Attorneys, you failed to Re-register and your status is now Inactive. In 2023, the Judges of this Court approved a Biennial Re-registration for all members of the bar to remain Active. You can Re-register to become Active again. Notices are below.
