MAP Q29: If you typically hold hearings on dispositive motions, what, if any, time limits do you impose on counsel for their arguments?

MAP A29: I usually do not impose an explicit time limit, but generally I find that a half hour for each side is enough, except where the hearing presents unusually complicated issues.
