LTS Q33: Do you have particular practice about Markman hearings? If so, please describe them including but not limited to whether you allow tutorial(s).

LTS A33: I have no particular practice and would tailor such proceedings to the specific circumstances of the case. If counsel intends to make a PowerPoint presentation, I ask that they bring hard copies of the slides for me and for my law clerk.
