Return To PreviousGAO Q47: Do you typically resolve motions in limine at the final pretrial conference?
GAO A47: I have no "typical" practice. It depends on the subject matter. Some motions in limine can be resolved at the final pretrial conference, but the resolution of others may depend on contingent events and can be resolved only after those events have or have not occurred.
