Important Information:

The fee for each audio recording of a hearing is $34. You will be directed to the Treasury Department's Internet payment site (Pay.gov) during this process to pay the fee.

Notice: Audio requests will be sent by mail to the address provided below. Please make sure your information is correct.

If you do not complete the following process entirely, your payment may not be processed and you will not receive the recording.
